Learning to teach

The AQAI instructors' courses are aimed at those who are enthusiastic about the simulation as a training tool and would like to integrate this concept into your clinic or practice.
The participants will learn about the topics Human Factors and Crisis Resource Management as well as the creation, execution and debriefing of training units and the material they need.

Think sustainably

An expensive and complex full-scale simulator is by no means a guarantee for successful and effective team training. A qualified instructor, trained in Human Factors and CRM, is also able to provide an instructive course for the participants, with only a few technical resources, which will benefit your patients.

Contents and teaching focus

The focus of this course is Human Factors and Crisis Resource Management (CRM) combined with timely didactics.

The group size of our courses is 10 to 12 participants.

All courses are certified for the continuous further education of the nursing and the medical association. Our trainers and consultants have excellent job-specific knowledge and experience. In addition, they are specifically trained in Human Factors and Crisis Resource Management (CRM). They are trained on the simulator according to DGAI guidelines and SESAM guidelines.
